Imbema B.V. becomes Distributor of Toronto GmbH
Zamboni® - Dealer is now Conti-Edger Dealer

The Official Distributor of the Zamboni® Ice-Resurfacing-Machine in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg is since summer 2008 also the Official Conti-Edger Distributor for this area.

The first customer in the Netherlands - the ice-rink in Heerenveen - initially aquired 1 Conti-Edger and after a test-run of 2 months ordered altogether 3 Conti-Edger in order to equipp all their Zambonis® that they purchased in 2007, with our revolutionary-edging-system.

New Ice-Rink opened in Enschede, NL

Brand-New Zamboni® with Conti-Edger

In October 2008 there was opened a new Arena in Enschede, the Netherlands.

The Arena, that is worth several million Euros has a 400m covered Speed-Skating Oval including a hockey rink in its middle.

As the first Zamboni® ever, the brand-new Zamboni Electric 552 was equipped with the Conti-Edger, before its first use on the ice (by the Zamboni®-Distributor of this area).
CES now installed at Zamboni®, Olympia® & Ukko® Ice-Resurfacers
Conti-Edger in Canada and the United States

After several Conti-Edger already has been installed in New Jersey, Utah, Ontario and Saskatchewan, the first 2 Units have now been installed in Manitoba.

The University of Manitoba and the City of Winnipeg acquired a Conti-Edger for their brand-new Ukko® Icecats®. The Conti-Edger is therefore installed in North America at all 3 existing Ice-Resurfacing-Machines.

CES supposedly available for Zamboni® 440 in 2010

The Toronto GmbH is currently working on a solution to be able to also equipp the Zamboni® 440 with the Conti-Edger.

Because the distance between rear tire and conditioner of the 440 machine is much shorter than at the 500 series Zambonis, the standard version of the CES can not be mounted on that machine yet.

But Toronto GmbH is optimistically that they can offer the Conti-Edger to their customers in the year 2010.
